W4IPC - Connor Black

Connor Black, W4IPC, was licensed in 2018 at the age of 15. Early mentorship from several accomplished contesters led to his nomination for membership in the Potomac Valley Radio Club, where he developed a passion for contesting and DXing. Today, Connor enjoys all aspects of amateur radio, from satellites to the low bands.

Connor has been a member of the 2025 PJ2 Youth DXpedition, has participated in the W3AO Field Day operation for several years, and competed in WRTC 2026. Professionally, he is a live audiovisual technician, supporting events at venues including the United Nations and other major event locations across the country.
